How do photos work at LDSPromise? |

We know that photos are critical to online LDS dating. LDSPromise is primarily focused on letting members develop a relationship based on their compatibility with their LDS single match and based on principles that lead to a long term love relationship. Most research dealing with attraction tells us that while appearance is definitely important, it is not the strongest predictor in long term relationship compatibility. However, you can choose to share your photos from the very beginning, and we know that having your photo posted from the start enhances communication. We want to give our members the control and flexibility to choose which match is right for them. Photos are an important part of this process. LDSPromise has a feature that allows you to choose when you want to reveal your photo. You can reveal your photo at different times and with different matches, for example: * Immediately. (Your picture will always be 'revealed' if this is selected.) * Only after completing the "Step-By-Step" Communication Path with my match.
